CRAR 7106 - Survey of Handbuilding Techniques

This course provides students with an understanding of clay working by exploring forming techniques with an emphasis on the development of students knowledge of the material and handling characteristics of clay. Students will be challenged to develop their personal vision and expression through surface enrichment, stamping, carving and slip decoration. (Crafts distribution course)
