EXSS 2400 - Health Promotion

3 cr. 3 hr. Day course offered in the Fall.

This course involves the design, implementation, and evaluation of wellness programs from the health care industry to the private sector. Marketing applications including materials production, are considered. Specific program design includes exercise prescription, nutrition, smoking cessation, stress management, and other health-related topics. EXSS majors only.

Prerequisite(s): Grade of 2.0 or higher in EXSS 1011 and BIOL 1200
