MUSC 3100 - Symphony

3 cr. 3 hr. Day course offered every Semester.

Structural and stylistic characteristics of the symphony from the 18th century to the present are studied. Emphasis is on listening to structural form and melody.

Prerequisite(s): MUSC 1000 or MUSC 2000 .
