Fundamental principles of atmospheric processes are discussed, with emphasis on mid-latitude phenomena. Tropical and severe weather are also explored. Weather forecasting techniques using real-time data are introduced. LAB, SMT, PL, SI
Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of the Quantitative Reasoning Requirement.
GEOG 1000 is recommended.
