EXSS 3110 - Weight Training for Fitness 3 cr. 3 hr. Offered one semester per year.
The course will cover pertinent resistance training techniques and fitness assessments commonly utilized with the general public. Techniques will include exercises and assessments for overall muscular fitness. Students will have the experience to connect scientific principles with the applied skills of weight training.
Prerequisite(s): EXSS 2072
