ART 1650 - Three-Dimensional Design 3 Credit(s) Offered: every semester
Studio Art. In this studio art class you will have the opportunity to explore a variety of materials such as wood, clay, wire, and plaster in your creations. We will discuss how the various elements of 3 dimensional design (line, plane, mass, volume, texture, space, light) can be organized effectively to create intriguing objects. The course will involve mostly in-class studio work but also slide discussions, critiques of each project, in-class team projects, and possibly a museum/ art gallery visit.
