ART 2850 - Italian Renaissance Art

Art History. This course will explore the art and architecture of Italy from about 1300 to 1600, featuring artists such as Giotto, Raphael, Leonardo da Vinci, and Michelangelo. We will investigate how art was radically transformed during this period, and how art in turn helped transform Renaissance society.
