ITAL 1000 - Italian for Beginners I

In this course, students begin to acquire the essential Italian that will allow them to function in the language in a variety of social and cultural contexts. By the end of the semester, students will be able to talk in Italian about themselves, their families, friends, studies, careers, and daily life in the present tense. Students will also be introduced to Italian culture. Students engage in group activities to maximize their use of Italian.
