The minor in Construction Management prepares students with basic knowledge and skills essential for construction management practice. Students are exposed to a planned sequence of courses preparing them to assume effective roles in construction projects design and implementation, including ability to prepare construction documents, project schedules, perform site inspection, manage resources and liaison with local, state and federal regulatory agencies. (A total of 6 courses and 19 credit hours is required for the minor.)

ENGT 1020 - Engineering Graphics 3 cr.
CMGT 2035 - Building Construction Systems 4 cr.
CMGT 3035 - OSHA: Safety and Risk Management 3 cr.
CMGT 4010 - Project Scheduling 3 cr.
