SPED 3637 - IPP Pre-Practicum/Practicum Moderate Disabilities I (5-12)

3 cr. 150 min. hrs. Day course offered every Semester.

Candidates spend the semester, half days four mornings a week in an elementary school in classrooms where students with disabilities are integrated or included. Teacher candidates assist in the design and implementation of lessons and adapt instruction when necessary. Required for all Special Education: Moderate Disabilities PreK-8 Majors.

Prerequisite(s): Successful Passage of Stage One Education Unit Review.
