MATH 3500 - Methods of Applied Mathematics 3 cr. 3 hr. Day course offered every other year.
One of the core courses for students in the Applied Mathematics concentration of the Mathematics Department. Students will learn techniques in advanced linear algebra, as well as basic ordinary and partial differential equations along with related computational tools. Upon completion of this course, students should have a firm foundation for pursuing further study in Applied Mathematics.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 2550 and MATH 2600 .
