GEOG 3110 - Climatology

3 cr. 3 hr. Day course offered every spring semester.

This course includes an overview of the climate system, regional climate classification schemes, and examination of natural, long-term climate change. Recent and future climate change scenarios, including the role of human activity in altering Earth’s climate chemistry, are also discussed. AIA, PL, SMT

Prerequisite(s): GEOG 1000 or GEOG 2200 Meteorology or permission of the instructor.
