Required: (9 credits)

• SPED 2210 - Understanding Diversity and Disability 3 cr.
• EDUC 2300 - Foundations of Inclusive Education 3 cr.
• SPED 3401 - Language Development and Speech 3 cr. (Requires a passing score on the Communication and Literacy MTEL)

Electives: (Choose 9 credits) requires a passing score on the Communication and Literacy MTEL

• EDUC 2820 - Arts Integration: An Overview 1 cr. and
• EDUC 2830 - Arts Integration 3 cr.
• EDUC 2630 - Literacy in the Pre-K to 8 Classroom 3 cr.
• SPED 2880 - Science and Social Studies for Students with and without Disabilities 3 cr.
• *  SPED 2950 - Students with Emotional and Autism Spectrum Disorders 3 cr.
• *  SPED 3400 - Teaching Mathematics to Students with and without Disabilities 3 cr.
• *  SPED 3800 - Secondary Programs for Adolescents (14-22) with Disabilities 3 cr.
• *  SPED 2510 - Working with Students with Physical and Health Care Needs 3 cr.

• * Requires permission from instructor, no Stage One Review required (Special Education majors must pass a Stage One Review.)
