MATH 2200 - Calculus for Business 3 Credit(s) Offered: every semester
This course surveys methods and applications of the calculus for functions of one variable, which are useful in business and economics. Topics include differentiation with applications to rates and maximum and minimum values, integration techniques with applications to areas, cost and rates. Cross-listed with MATH 2100 and MATH 2300
Prerequisite(s): An advanced passing score on Advanced Algebra and Functions Accuplacer placement exam ORa grade of 1.7 or higher in MATH 1250 or MATH 1300
Note: Credit is awarded for only one of MATH 2100 , MATH 2200 , or MATH 2300 .
